Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that the Company received notification on 27 June 2019 that Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 31,500,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 15.1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
