Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the  aerospace, defence, space and telecoms infrastructure markets ,  announces that the Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2025 and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2025 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.

The Annual Report and Accounts can be found under the Financial Reports & Presentations section of the Filtronic website https://filtronic.com/investors/financial-reports/ and the AGM Notice can be found under Annual General Meeting at https://filtronic.com/investors/agm-notice/ .

The Company is keen to reduce the environmental impact of its shareholder communications and are therefore encouraging shareholders to register for e-communications. Shareholders can submit their email address by visiting www.signalshares.com , registering for the portal with the use of the unique investor code set out on the paper communications that are received in the post in the coming days. 

The AGM will be held on Thursday 30 October 2025 at 11.00am at Plexus Building, NETPark, Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, Co Durham, TS21 3FD.
