We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in today’s meeting i.e. 25th August, 2021, has considered and approved the issue of 28,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to following persons, belonging to Promoter Group, on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 95 (including Premium of Rs. 93 per share) subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (preponed) to be held on 24th September, 2021.
