MINUTES OF APRIL 27, 2021 SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING MADE AVILABLE
Pero, May 27, 2021 – It is announced that the minutes of the ordinary shareholders' meeting of F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis and Affini S.p.A. (the "Company") held in single call, on 27 April 2021 is available to the public at the registered office, in Pero (Mi), via XXV Aprile, n. 5 and on the Company's website (www.filagroup.it), in the "Governance" section, as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE" ().
