PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED VERSION OF THE "2022-2026 PERFORMANCE SHARES PLAN" DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT

Pero, February 13, 2023 - It is announced that an updated version of the disclosure document, prepared as per Article 114-bis of Legs. Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, concerning the "2022-2026 Performance Shares Plan" of F.I.LA. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("Fila") was today made available to the public. It reports certain changes to the number of beneficiaries of the "2022-2026 Performance Shares Plan", which ultimately became effective starting from February 13, 2023.

This document is available at the registered office at Pero (MI), via XXV Aprile No. 5, on Fila's website at www.filagroup.it, in addition to the "eMarket Storage" authorised storage mechanism at **.
