FILA: SUPPLEMENT TO THE Q1 2018 RESULTS PRESS RELEASE OF MAY 15, 2018

Pero, May 17, 2018 – F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("F.I.L.A."), listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, ISIN code IT0004967292, indicates that the Board of Statutory Auditors of FILA, as per application criterion 8.C.1. of the Self-Governance Code, verified the independence of all its members, informing the Board of Directors of such on May 15, 2018.
