PUBLICATION OF THE HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2021

Pero, 6 August 2021 - In accordance with current legislation, the half-year financial report at 30 June 2021, approved by the Board of Directors of F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis and Affini S.p.A. ("Fila") in the meeting of 5 August 2021, is available to the public, together with the report of the auditing company, at the registered office of Fila and on its website, section "Investors" (www.filagroup.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "Emarket Storage" ( ).

(Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini), founded in Florence in 1920 and managed since 1956 by the Candela family, is a highly consolidated, dynamic and innovative Italian industrial enterprise and continues to grow market share.
