MESSA A DISPOSIZIONE DEL NUOVO STATUTO SOCIALE
Pero, 7 maggio 2019 – A fini di completezza si rende noto che lo statuto sociale di F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A (la "Società"), aggiornato a seguito della delibera dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti della Società, in parte straordinaria, del 18 aprile 2019, è stato iscritto presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano ed è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società, oltre che presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "EMARKET STORAGE" (). Inoltre, lo statuto sociale aggiornato è consultabile sul sito internet della Società (www.filagroup.it), sezione "Governance".

NEW BY-LAWS MADE AVAILABLE
Pero, May 7, 2019 - For reasons of completeness, it should be noted that the F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis and Affini SpA (the "Company") by-laws, updated following the resolution of the April 18, 2019 Shareholders' Meeting , in extraordinary part, was registered with the Milan Companies Register and made available to the public at the registered office of the Company, as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "EMARKET STORAGE" (). Furthermore, the updated by-laws can be consulted on the Company's website (www.filagroup.it), under the "Governance" section.

(Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini), nata a Firenze nel 1920 e gestita dal 1956 dalla famiglia Candela, è una Società italiana e una delle realtà industriali e commerciali più solide, dinamiche, innovative e in crescita sul mercato.
