Milan, April 14, 2016 – As per Article 77, paragraph 2-bis, of the Regulation adopted by Consob with motion No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 and Article 2429 of the Civil Code, the Key Financial Highlights of the last financial statements of the subsidiaries and associates of F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("F.I.L.A.") have been filed and made available to the public at the registered office of F.I.L.A. in Via XXV Aprile No. 5, Pero, Milan.

F.I.L.A. (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini), founded in Florence in 1920 and managed since 1956 by the Candela family, is a highly consolidated, dynamic and innovative Italian industrial enterprise and continues to grow market share. In November 2015, F.I.L.A. listed on the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange.
