DEATH OF A STATUTORY AUDITOR
Pero, October 4, 2022 – It should be noted that Miss. Elena Spagnol, statutory auditor of F.I.L.A., - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("The Company"). passed away today. The board of directors, the board of statutory auditors and the staff of the Company join with deep emotion in the family's grief for the death of Miss. Spagnol, whose significant professional ability in recent years they have been able to appreciate.
The Company will replace the statutory auditor in the shortest technically possible time pursuant to the applicable statutory, legal and regulatory provisions.
