PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED FOR DECEMBER 16, 2024

Pero, November 13, 2024 – – With regards to the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of F.I.LA. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. ("Fila" or the "Company") called for December 16, 2024, it is noted that the following documentation was today made available to the public:

• (i) the Shareholders' Meeting Call Notice and the related extract which will be published in the daily newspaper "Milano Finanza" on November 14, 2024;
• (ii) the ordinary proxy (or sub-delegation) form to the Company's Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 135-novies of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the "CFA"); and
• (iii) the proxy form to the Company's Designated Agent pursuant to Article 135-undecies of the CFA;
• (iv) the explanatory report of the Board of Directors in accordance with Article 125-ter of the CFA on the matters on the Agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting;

The call notice and the related extract, along with as the explanatory report on the sole item on the agenda, are available at Fila's registered office, on its website at www.filagroup.it, ("Governance - Shareholders' Meetings" section) and on the authorised dissemination mechanism" eMarket SDIR" at .
