FILA: MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' AGM OF APRIL 27, 2018 FILED

Pero, May 25, 2018 - It should be noted that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting of F.I.L.A. - Italian Factory Lapis and Affini S.p.A. (the "Company" or "FILA"), held on April 27, 2018, is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at www.filagroup.it, in the Governance section, as well as at the NIS-STORAGE authorized storage mechanism.

F.I.L.A. (Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini), founded in Florence in 1920 and managed since 1956 by the Candela family, is a highly consolidated, dynamic and innovative Italian industrial enterprise and continues to grow market share. In November 2015, F.I.L.A. listed on the STAR segment of the Milan Stock Exchange.
