Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Fiinu, a fintech group, creator of the Plugin Overdraft®, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report"), the Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and details of voting by proxy will today be posted to shareholders of the Company who have not consented to receive electronic communications. The 2024 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM will also be available for download from the Company's website at: www.fiinu.com .

Notice of AGM

The AGM is to be held on Thursday 26 June 2025 at 12.00pm at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG and will consider the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.

Shareholders may attend in person or exercise their right to vote by submitting their proxy vote electronically via www.shareregistrars.uk.com or by sending the Form of Proxy to Share Registrars Limited to arrive by no later than 12.00pm on Tuesday 24 June 2025. Full details of how to vote and appoint proxies are set out in the Notice of AGM.
