The Directors of Fiinu Plc are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, Resolutions 1 to 10 and Resolution 12 were all were duly approved by shareholders by way of a poll.  Resolution 11 regarding the re-election of Philip Tansey as a director of the Company was withdrawn by the Directors following the resignation of Philip Tansey which was announced on 29 June 2023.
