Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics, announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021 has today been posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies are available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com.

FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 9 September 2021 at the offices of WH Ireland, 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR at 2.00 p.m. In light of Covid-19, shareholders are strongly discouraged from attending this meeting in person. Attendance at the meeting will be facilitated via online conferencing software. Shareholders attending online who wish to vote on the AGM's resolutions will need to do so by proxy.
