Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Provisional Dividend Timetable

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 23 September 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1NH. The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders today.

FIH is pleased to announce its provisional dividend timetable, subject to the successful passing of certain resolutions at its AGM:

Ex-Dividend Date: 25 September 2025

Record Date: 26 September 2025

Payment Date: 31 October 2025

Dividend payments will include both a final dividend of 5.5 pence per share and a special dividend of 70 pence per share.

The Group has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") that allows shareholders to reinvest dividends to purchase additional shares in the Company. For shareholders to apply the proceeds of this and future dividends to the Plan, application forms must be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 9 October 2025. Existing participants in the Plan will automatically have the final and special dividends reinvested.
