POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF AGM AND PROVISIONAL DIVIDEND TIMETABLE

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that its report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 will today be posted to shareholders of the Company and that copies will be available for download from the Company's website at www.fihplc.com

FIH further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 27 September 2024 at the offices of Shoosmiths LLP, 1 Bow Churchyard, London, EC4M 9DQ at 2.00 p.m.  The Notice of AGM will also be sent to shareholders today.

FIH is pleased to announce its provisional dividend timetable, subject to the successful passing of certain resolutions at its AGM:

Ex-Dividend Date: 26 September 2024

Record Date: 27 September 2024

Payment Date: 30 October 2024

Dividend payments will include, as announced in the Final Results on 8 August 2024, both a final dividend of 5.5 pence per share and a special dividend of 10 pence per share.

The Group has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") that allows shareholders to reinvest

dividends to purchase additional shares in the Company. For shareholders to apply the proceeds of

this and future dividends to the Plan, application forms must be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 9 October 2024. Existing participants in the Plan will automatically have the final and special dividends reinvested. Details of the Plan can be obtained from Link Group on 0371 664 0391 or at www.signalshares.com
