AGM Postponement to Tuesday 20th September 2022

FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, is postponing its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was due to be held on 19th September 2022. Unfortunately, this date now coincides with the recently announced funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and it being declared a national bank holiday.

The AGM will now be held on Tuesday 20th September 2022 at WH Ireland, 24 Martin Lane, London, EC4R 0DR at 10.30 a.m. All other details, as outlined in the original Notice of AGM released on 26 August 2022, remain the same.
