FIH group plc, the AIM quoted international services group that owns essential services businesses in the Falkland Islands and the UK, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 8 and 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions, and resolution 9 was passed as a special resolution.
