Skychain's Debt Settlement Transaction

Vancouver, British Columbia - November 18, 2021 - Skychain Technologies Inc. ( TSX.V: SCT ) ( OTCQB: SKTCF ) (the " Company ") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved total debt settlement of $124,000 previously announced on October 12, 2021. Pursuant to the settlement, the Company issued 177,144 common shares (the " Settlement Shares ") at a deemed price of $0.70 per share. The Settlement Shares are subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
