FIERA MILANO: INFORMATIVA SULL'ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 14 settembre 2016. Fiera Milano S.p.A. comunica di avere acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario, nel periodo dal 6 settembre 2016 al 13 settembre 2016 inclusi, n. 12.800 azioni proprie al prezzo medio unitario di 1,58837 euro, per un controvalore di 20.331,17 euro. Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati nell'ambito del piano di acquisto azioni proprie, il cui avvio è stato comunicato al mercato in data 24 giugno 2016, e in esecuzione di quanto deliberato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 28 aprile 2016.

Si riportano nella tabella sottostante le operazioni su base giornaliera ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 596/2014 e del Regolamento Delegato (UE) 2016/1052.

FIERA MILANO: INFORMATION ON PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Milan, 14 September 2016. Fiera Milano S.p.A. announces that, in the period from 6 September 2016 to 13 September 2016 inclusive, it has acquired on the Italian Stock Exchange (Mercato Telematico Azionario) no. 12,800 of its treasury shares at an average unit price of Euro 1.58837, for a total value of Euro 20,331.17. These purchases have been made as part of the share buyback plan, the initiation of which was communicated to the market on 24 June 2016, and in implementation of the resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 28 April 2016.

The following table reports the transactions on a daily basis pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.
