Milano, 22 dicembre 2016. Fiera Milano S.p.A. (la "Società" o "Fiera Milano") comunica il seguente calendario degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2017, ai sensi dell'articolo 2.6.2. comma 1 lettera b) del Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Con riferimento all'articolo 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti adottato con delibera Consob 11971/1999 e successive modifiche, Fiera Milano rende noto che intende pubblicare, su base volontaria, le informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive, rispetto alla Relazione Finanziaria Annuale e Semestrale, riferite al primo e al terzo trimestre di ciascun esercizio, al fine di garantire trasparenza e continuità informativa. Il contenuto delle rendicontazioni trimestrali sarà in linea con quelle precedentemente diffuse.
Il Resoconto intermedio di gestione sarà messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società, sarà consultabile sul sito internet , gestito da Bit Market Services S.p.A., nonché sul sito internet www.fieramilano.it.

Milan, 22 December 2016. Fiera Milano S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Fiera Milano") has prepared the following corporate events calendar for the 2017 financial year in accordance with Article 2.6.2. paragraph 1 letter b) of the Rules governing the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

| 10 November 2017 | Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 September 2017 |
With reference to Article 82-ter of the Listing Rules adopted with Consob Resolution 11971/1999 and subsequent amendments, Fiera Milano declares that it intends to publish voluntarily the periodic financial information for the first and third quarters of each financial year, in addition to the Annual Report and the Half-year Financial Report, in order to ensure transparency and continuous information flows. The contents of the quarterly accounts will be the same as those given in previous financial periods.
The Interim Management Report will be publicly available at the operational and administrative offices of the Company, and may be consulted on the website managed by Bit Market Services S.p.A., as well as on the website www.fieramilano.it.
