FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE DELLA RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31 DICEMBRE 2014 E PROROGA DEL CONTRATTO DI MANUTENZIONE DEL QUARTIERE FIERISTICO DI RHO

Milano, 30 marzo 2015. Fiera Milano comunica che Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2014, unitamente alle relazioni della società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale, sono disponibili presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa di Fiera Milano S.p.A., nonché presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

La suddetta documentazione è altresì consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investor Relations/Bilanci e Relazioni e sul sito internet gestito da BIt Market Services S.p.A.

La versione inglese sarà disponibile prossimamente.

Fiera Milano comunica, altresì, che la scadenza del contratto di manutenzione del quartiere fieristico di Rho, già in essere con Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A., prevista per il 31 marzo 2015, è stata prorogata fino al 30 aprile 2015.

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT AT 31 DECEMBER 2014 AND EXTENSION OF THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR THE RHO EXHIBITION SITE

Milan, 30 March 2015. Fiera Milano has made available the Annual Report at 31 December 2014, together with the independent auditor's report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of Fiera Milano S.p.A., as well as at the offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The aforementioned documentation is also available in the Investor Relations/Financial Reports section of the Company website www.fieramilano.it and on the website managed by BIt Market Services SpA.

The English version will be available in the near future.

Fiera Milano also announces that the maintenance contract for the Rho exhibition site with Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A., due to expire on 31 March 2015, has been extended to 30 April 2015.
