FIERA MILANO: PRECISAZIONE IN MERITO AD ARTICOLI DI STAMPA

Milano, 13 marzo 2015. Con riferimento alle notizie apparse sulla stampa odierna e su richiesta delle autorità, Fiera Milano S.p.A. conferma che, come da calendario finanziario, alle ore 16 si terrà il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società che, tra i punti all'ordine del giorno, esaminerà il Progetto di Bilancio di esercizio e del Bilancio Consolidato al 31 dicembre 2014. Nell'ambito di tale argomento verranno altresì illustrati i risultati dei test di impairment in fase di verifica preliminare da parte della società di revisione Reconta Ernst Young nell'ambito del processo di revisione legale del bilancio.

Il relativo comunicato stampa verrà diffuso non appena terminati i lavori. Qualsiasi anticipazione sull'argomento risulta pertanto, allo stato, prematura.

FIERA MILANO: CLARIFACTIONS ABOUT PRESS REPORTS

Milan, 13 March 2015. With reference to the articles in today's newspapers and in response to the request of the authorities, Fiera Milano S.p.A. confirms that, in accordance with its financial timetable, there will be a meeting of the Board of Directors at 16.00 hours today to examine, amongst other items on the Agenda, the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2014. The results of the impairment tests, under preliminary review by the independent audit firm Reconta Ernst & Young in the process of legal audit, will also be examined.

The relative press release will be released as soon as the Board of Directors' meeting ends. Any discussion of the matter before this time is to be considered premature.
