The Articles of Association of Fiera Milano S.p.A., updated with the amendments approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 23 April 2024 and filed with the Companies' Register on 29 May 2024, is made available to the public at Fiera Milano S.p.A. legal and operational and administrative office.
