Milano, 9 aprile 2024 – Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" e/o la "Società") comunica che nella giornata odierna è stata resa disponibile sul proprio sito internet (www.fieramilano.it, nella sezione Investitori/Governance/Assemblea dei Soci) la versione aggiornata del modulo di delega al Rappresentante Designato ex art. 135-undecies TUF e del modulo di delega o sub-delega ai sensi dell'art. 135-novies del TUF per la partecipazione all'Assemblea dei Soci prevista per il 23 aprile 2024.

PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED PROXY FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 23 APRIL 2024

Milan, 9 April 2024 – Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company") announces that today the updated version of the proxy form for the Designated Representative pursuant to art. 135-undecies of the TUF and the proxy or sub-proxy form pursuant to art. 135-novies of the TUF for participation in the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2024 has been made available on the Company website (www.fieramilano.it in the Investors/Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section).
