FIERA MILANO: PROROGA TERMINI PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DI LISTE DI MINORANZA PER LA NOMINA DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE

Milano, 4 aprile 2015. Fiera Milano rende noto che, ai sensi dell'art. 144-octies comma 2 del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999 e successive modifiche, in relazione alla nomina del Collegio sindacale prevista al terzo punto all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2015, alla data odierna non sono state presentate liste di minoranza. Il termine per la presentazione di liste di candidati per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale è pertanto prorogato al 7 aprile 2015 e la quota di partecipazione necessaria è ridotta alla metà, pari a 1,25% del capitale sociale.

FIERA MILANO: EXTENSION OF THE TERM FOR THE PRESENTATION OF MINORITY LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Milan, 4 April 2015. Fiera Milano informs that, pursuant to Article 144-octies, paragraph 2, of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 and subsequent amendments, with reference to the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors representing the item three of the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2015, as of today no minority list has been presented. The term for the presentation of minority lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors is therefore postponed to 7 April 2015 and the necessary portion of equity investment is reduced to half, equal to 1.25% of the share capital.
