PUBLICATION OF GUIDELINES ON THE QUALIQUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF FIERA MILANO S.P.A. FOR 2023-2025
Milan, 20 February 2023 – Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano" and/or the "Company") announces that the document containing the "Guidelines on the qualiquantitative composition of the new Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. for 2023-2025" has today been made available at the Company's registered office and operational and administrative headquarters.
The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A., in accordance with the principles of the Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., makes the above guidelines available to shareholders with the aim of allowing those who present the lists of candidates for appointment as directors of Fiera Milano to be able to take them into account for the composition of the list.
This documentation can also be consulted on the Company's website www.fieramilano.it in the Investors/Governance/Shareholders' meetings section and on the authorised storage mechanism .
