ROBERTO FORESTI APPOINTED DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER. MASSIMO DE TULLIO NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE CORPORATE ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS

Milan, 13 June 2023 – Fiera Milano S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Fiera Milano") informs that today the Board of Directors approved a revision of the top management organizational model, with the aim of further accelerating the execution of the Company's growth objectives, establishing, pursuant to the Articles of Association, the position of Deputy General Manager taken by Mr. Roberto Foresti. At the same meeting, the Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Massimo De Tullio as Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents.

Mr. Roberto Foresti, as Deputy General Manager, will report directly to Francesco Conci, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Company, and will be called upon to coordinate and optimize the operational activity of the business divisions. Roberto Foresti boasts consolidated professional experience in Fiera Milano, from 2022 he has held the role of Strategic Marketing Director, from 2008 to 2015 he led the Group's commercial and international development as Commercial and International Business Director, finally he held the position of Sales Director from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Foresti does not hold any Company shares as of today.

Mr. Massimo De Tullio, former Group Planning & Control Director of Fiera Milano since 2018, assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the corporate accounting documents. As of today, Mr. De Tullio does not hold Company shares.

The two new appointments are part of the reorganization process undertaken by the Company with the aim of streamlining the structure for the purpose of greater simplification and focus of the business. The objective of the new management will be to give further acceleration to the growth process of the exhibition and congress business, maximizing the potential of all the different business lines and further strengthening Fiera Milano international vocation.

The Board of Directors sends its best wishes to Mr. Roberto Foresti and Mr. Massimo De Tullio for their new experience in Fiera Milano.
