FIERA MILANO: DIMISSIONI DEL PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE
Milano, 22 aprile 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. informa che, in data odierna, sono pervenute le dimissioni del dott. Antonio Caorsi dalla carica di Presidente e membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione, con efficacia dalla data della prossima riunione consiliare.
Il dott. Caorsi, sulla base delle informazioni a disposizione della Società, non detiene azioni Fiera Milano.

FIERA MILANO: RESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Milan, 22 April 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. informs that today the Company received Mr. Antonio Caorsi's resignation as Chairperson and member of the Board of Directors with effect from the next Board Meeting.
Mr. Caorsi, according to the information available to the Company, does not own Fiera Milano shares.
