Fiera Milano S.p.A. informa che, in data odierna, la documentazione presentata dall'Azionista Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano e relativa alla nomina di un Consigliere di Amministrazione prevista in occasione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 25 luglio prossimo è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede legale e la Sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.
