FIERA MILANO: PRECAUTIONARY SUSPENSION OF THE MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE COMPANY ACCOUNTS

Milan, 24 October 2016. Fiera Milano S.p.A. has, as a precautionary measure, suspended its employment agreement with Mr. Flaminio Oggioni, the Manager responsible for preparing the Company accounts under Legislative Decree 262/2005 and the Chief Executive Officer of Nolostand S.p.A. This was done as part of the legal administration requirement received on 6 July 2016 and 11 October 2016 relating to the subsidiary Nolostand and specifically regarding the supply of stand-fittings to the Parent Company Fiera Milano S.p.A. by this subsidiary.

The suspension is a precautionary and not disciplinary measure whilst awaiting any eventual clarification from Mr Oggioni and the Company reserves the right to take any necessary measures depending on the outcome of the disciplinary procedure that has been instigated.

Information available to the Company demonstrates that at today's date Mr Oggioni holds no shares in Fiera Milano.
