FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF THE MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AND OF THE NEW ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Milan, 14 October 2021. Fiera Milano informs that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on 5 October 2021, and the new Articles of Association have been made available to the public at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of the Company.
