Milano, 13 maggio 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. comunica che il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti, tenutasi il 20 aprile 2020, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.
La suddetta documentazione è altresì consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .
