Fidia S.p.A.: lists for the renewal of the Corporate Bodies
Torino, April 8, 2020 – The Company informs, pursuant art. 144-octies, paragraph 1 of the Regolamento Consob 11971/1999, that the majority Shareholder, Ing. Giuseppe Morfino has submitted to the Company's head office the lists of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and of the Board of the Statutory Auditors, according to the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting to be be held at the Company's headquarter in San Mauro Torinese (TO), Corso Lombardia, n. 11, on April 29, 2020, at 4 p.m., and, if necessary, in second call on April 30, 2020, at 4 p.m.
