MINGLUN GROUP<00346> - Share Subdivision Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Minglun Group (Hong Kong) Limited ("MINGLUN GROUP") have approved the subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of MINGLUN GROUP into 5 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from today (17/06/2003), a temporary counter under stock code 2946 and stock short name "MINGLUN GROUP" will be established for trading in board lots of 10,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 346) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
