MINGLUN GROUP<00346> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by MINGLUN GROUP) The Stock Exchange has received a message from Minglun Group (Hong Kong) Limited which is reproduced as follows: "We refer to the Results Announcement submitted to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") on 28 July, 2004, the correct diluted earning per share (" EPS - Diluted") of the year of 2003 should be "N/A" instead of "HK$0.009". The discrepancy was due to a mere typographical error during the preparation of the summary version of the Results Announcement."
