Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform you that the Members of the Company at their Sixtieth Annual General Meeting held today, i.e. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, have interalia, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Rohin Feroze Bomanji (DIN: 06971089) as Non-Executive, Non- Independent Director of the Company with effect from August 10, 2022.

Brief profile of Mr. Bomanji forms part of the Notice of the Sixtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company and the same was disseminated on August 10, 2022, to the Stock Exchange. The information is also available on our website www.fgpltd.in.

Further, we wish to inform that in terms of Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 issued by BSE Limited, Mr. Bomanji has not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any order by SEBI or any other authority. Further, none of the directors of the Company are related to Mr. Bomanji.
