Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, August 14, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Further, pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) ("the Code") of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with our earlier communication to you dated June 29, 2020, it was intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2020 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Accordingly, you may note that the trading window shall remain closed until Sunday, August 16, 2020 and shall re-open on Monday, August 17, 2020.
