• I.2019 General Shareholders’ Meeting will be convened at No.18, Shanling, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County at 9:00 a.m. on May 23, 2018 (Thursday) (Registration will be accepted at 8:30 a.m). The agenda for the Meeting is as follows:

• 1.Report Items:

  • (1) Business Report for 2018.

  • (2) To report Supervisors' Review Report on 2018 Financial Statements.

  • (3) To report 2018 performance review and remuneration for directors, supervisors and managerial officers.

• 2.Proposed Resolutions:

  • (1) To accept 2018 Business Report and Financial Statements.

  • (2) To approve the proposal for 2018 Statements of appropriation of Earning and Deficit.

• 3.Discussion Items:

• (1) To revise "Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets".

• (2) To revise "Regulations Governing Loaning of Funds and Making of Endorsements".

• 4.Election Matters: None.
