The College Retirement Equities Fund ("CREF") hereby informs you that on October 12, 2018, CREF bought 111,167  voting shares of  Fevertree Drinks plc bringing its holdings to 2,807,617 voting shares equivalent to a voting share ownership percentage of 2.418% of Fevertree Drinks plc. CREF owns these shares through three of its investment accounts: the Stock Account, the Global Equities Account, and the Growth Account.  It is our understanding the total voting shares outstanding of Fevertree Drinks plc is 116,111,983. For your information, CREF is a U.S. based investment company, which is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").  CREF has multiple investment accounts, each with separate investment objectives and policies.  All assets in the accounts are beneficially owned by CREF, and all the accounts are managed by TIAA-CREF Investment Management, LLC ("TCIM"), an SEC registered investment adviser. In addition, Teachers Advisors, LLC ("TAL"), is an SEC registered investment adviser that is affiliated with TCIM. On October 12, 2018, TAL held 756,423 shares of Fevertree Drinks plc equivalent to a voting share ownership percentage of 0.651% held through the separate accounts that it advises. A total of 3,564,040 or 3.069% of the outstanding voting shares of Fevertree Drinks plc are owned, in aggregate, by CREF and affiliated accounts. Additionally, TCIM and TAL separately and independently vote all proxies for shares held in Fevertree Drinks Plc. We are aggregating the holdings in Fevertree Drinks plc as requested by the current FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules for purposes of this form. (See Exhibit A)
