Członek Zarządu Stowarzyszenia Niezależnych Członków Rad Nadzorczych. Członek Rad Nadzorczych spółek: CCC, Ferro oraz Artifex Mundi. Przewodniczący Komitetu Audytu CCC oraz Członek Komitetów Audytu Ferro i Artifex Mundi. W latach 2020-2021 Członek Rady Nadzorczej Protektor, a w latach 2017- 2019 Przewodniczący Rady Nadzorczej i Członek Komitetu Audytu Money Makers TFI.

W latach 2020-2021 Członek Zarządu Luma Holding. W latach 2017-2019 Wiceprezes Zarządu i CFO Alior Banku. Wcześniej, w latach 2016-2017, pełnił funkcję Senior Investment Director w Grupie Medicover, gdzie odpowiadał m.in. za pierwszą ofertę publiczną akcji zakończoną debiutem na Giełdzie w Sztokholmie. W latach 2004-2016 był związany z międzynarodową firmą doradczą PwC, gdzie od 2011 r., jako Wicedyrektor, odpowiadał za usługi w zakresie rynków kapitałowych w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej.

Jest absolwentem programów menedżerskich na Harvard Business School i Singularity University oraz kierunku Finanse i Bankowość w Szkole Głównej Handlowej. Posiada uprawnienia biegłego rewidenta oraz certyfikat ACCA (FCCA).

Filip Gorczyca

Member of the Management Board at The Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors. Supervisory Board Member at CCC, Ferro, and Artifex Mundi. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee at CCC and Member of the Audit Committee at Ferro and Artifex Mundi. From 2020 to 2021 he acted as Supervisory Board Member at Protektor, while from 2017 to 2019 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee at Money Makers TFI.

From 2020 to 2021, he acted as Member of the Management Board at Luma Holding. From 2017 to 2019, he served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Alior Bank. Previously, in 2016-2017, as Senior Investment Director at the Medicover Group, he was responsible for Medicover's IPO on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. From 2004 to 2016 he worked at PwC, where from 2011 as Vice Director he was responsible for services related to capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

Filip is a graduate of executive programs at Harvard Business School and Singularity University, as well as of the Finance and Banking faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a certified public accountant in Poland and holds the ACCA certificate (FCCA).
