Publication of Notice of General Meeting 2020

Ferrexpo announces that it has today published a Notice of General Meeting to be held on 11 September 2020.

As outlined in the Company's AGM Statement published on 28 May 2020, the purpose of the General Meeting is to seek the re-election of Vitalii Lisovenko to the Board.

The Notice of General Meeting 2020 is available to view on our website at www.ferrexpo.com and will be posted to shareholders early next week.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Notice of General Meeting 2020 will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

Arrangements for General Meeting ("GM") in light of COVID-19

In light of the recent UK legislation in relation to holding company meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic, and social distancing to reduce the transmission of COVID-19, the GM will be held as a closed meeting with the minimum quorum of shareholders and accordingly shareholders are not permitted to attend the meeting in person.

Ferrexpo encourages all shareholders to appoint the Chair of the GM as their proxy as early as possible in order to vote on the matter being considered at the meeting.
