("Ferrexpo", the "Group" or the "Company") Production report for 2Q 2020

Summary:

·    COVID-19 update: The Company's facilities continue to operate with minimal impact on operations to date, and the Company continues to closely monitor its workforce. The infection rate in the local communities surrounding the Company's operations remains low.

·    The Company has maintained its good safety performance indicators into 2020, with no fatalities in 1H 2020 and the Group lost time injury frequency rate continues to remain below 1.0x.

·    2Q 2020 pellet production up 5% to 2.9MT (1Q 2020: 2.7MT).

·    1H 2020 pellet production up 5% to 5.6MT (1H 2019: 5.4MT).

·    1H 2020 sales volumes increased by c.21% to 6.1MT (1H 2019: 5.0MT), reflecting de-stocking.
