Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Ferrexpo plc (LSE: FXPO) makes the following notification concerning Fiona MacAulay, Senior Independent Director and Non-executive Director of the Company.
Ms. MacAulay has informed the Company that she will be appointed Non-executive Director of Costain Group PLC, a company that is listed on London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE Small Cap Index, with effect from 6 April 2022.
In addition to the above change, Ms. MacAulay has also informed the Company that she has stepped down from the Board of Directors of Coro Energy Plc.
