Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Ferrexpo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vitalii Lisovenko as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

Mr Lisovenko, who joined the Ferrexpo Board in November 2016, is both Chairman of the Committee of Independent Directors and the Independent Review Committee. He is also a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
