Board Appointment

Ferrexpo announces that David C.L. Frauman is to join its Board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.  David has been appointed to strengthen the Board during the current period and will chair a new treasury committee. David has 35 years' experience as a corporate lawyer and for the past six years has been a board director of a wide range of companies.

David served as the non-executive Chairman of Afren plc between July 2015 and October 2015. There are no other disclosures to be made under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
