Milan, January 30, 2024 – Ferretti S.p.A. ("Ferretti" or the "Company") announces its calendar of upcoming corporate events for the year 2024.

Calendar of meetings of the Board of Directors

February 19, 2024	Board of Directors Approval of the preliminary consolidated results as at December 31, 2023
March 14, 2024	Board of Directors Approval of the draft of the Financial Statement and the Consolidated Financial Statement as at December 31, 2023
May 16, 2024	Board of Directors Approval of the Interim Financial Report as at March 31, 2024
September 6, 2024	Board of Directors Approval of the Half-Year Financial Report as at June 30, 2024
November 13, 2024	Board of Directors Approval of the Interim Financial Report as at September 30, 2024

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

April 22, 2024 Approval of the Financial Statement as at December 31, 2023
