Top 20 Shareholders
The Board of Emergent Resources Ltd, ASX: EMG ( Emergent or the Company ) notes the high turnover in the Company’s securities over recent weeks which has resulted in the receipt of several shareholder queries relating to the Company’s share register.
Enclosed is an updated Top 20 shareholder list as at 15 November 2017.
The Company notes the lodgement of a Notice of Initial Substantial Holder form on 31 October 2017 by Zero Nominees Pty Ltd representing 10% of the issued capital of the Company. The Board is not aware of the current intentions of Zero Nominees Pty Ltd with respect to Emergent however the Company notes increased interest in the resources sector has heightened the perceived value of entities such as Emergent.
The Company will update the market accordingly of any developments pursuant to its continuous disclosure obligations.
