CAPITAL RAISING UPDATE

Fenix Resources Limited ( Company ) is pleased to advise it has received applications and commitments for the full amount of $4.5 million under its public offer of new shares, pursuant to its prospectus dated 4 September 2018, in connection with the Company’s proposed acquisition of the Iron Ridge Project near Cue, Western Australia and recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.

To assist in ensuring receipt of cleared funds in relation to the applications and commitments, the Board has resolved to extend the closing date of the offers under the Prospectus (other than the Priority Offer which has already closed) to 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 26 October 2018.
